Cancelling or changing an appointment

To cancel your appointment:

• use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
• use the GP online system: SystmOnline
• phone us on Bowthorpe Health Centre 01603 748 043 or Trinity Street Surgery 01603 748 043 during opening times
• use our cancel an appointment form
