If the practice is aware that you need an appointment, we may send you an Appointment Invitation by text message or email. This appointment allows you to book into an appointment of your choice.

Click the link at the bottom of the text message or email. You will then be asked to confirm your date of birth:

Click in the Date of birth box and you will be shown a calendar. You can pick your date of birth on the calendar, or type it in the format: dd/mm/yyyy

If you type your date of birth, you will need to press Return or Enter on your computer keyboard, or Done or Go on your smartphone, to reveal the Submit button.

Press Submit.

You should now be shown a choice of appointments.

If you do not see any appointments, or only a small choice of appointments, this is because the system only shows a two-week range at a time. At the top of the page, click the box next to ‘Period’:

You will be shown different two-week ranges. Choose another range of dates, then click Show.
