Some of you may know that I’m the sole charity runner, for a small charity and run the London marathon annually. More recently, to save money for the charity I run virtually on their app. I feel it is something that I would like to share to show that an older person can continue to engage in activity to promote health, to be involved with comforting less privileged people in other parts of the world and this country, in these troubled times.
